This is a lovely spot to get coffee and a bite to eat. I ordered a strawberry matcha latte and it was balanced and not too sweet! My sister enjoyed her cortado and raved about the strawberry yogurt, which is made in house. I highly recommend the egg tarts here! It’s light, fluffy, perfectly crisp and gently sweet. I’d come back just for the egg tarts haha. I really liked the blueberry lemon scone paired with lemon butter. It was fragrant, fresh and not dry at all, the way most scones are. The staff is friendly and kind too. You can tell that this a neighborhood gem! Customers file in often, so it can get busy, but service is quick. Although the cafe is a bit small, it’s thoughtful and peaceful in its design. The space is clean, decorated with some greenery, and has a small seating area that sits around 4-5 people. Also dog friendly as there was a jar of dog treats at the communal table. Definitely recommend this spot as I’ll be back to try more pastries!

Before Coffee is such an aesthetic coffee shop and my go-to spot every morning. I genuinely love coming here, the atmosphere is welcoming, the coffee is consistently amazing, and the staff is always super friendly. And the matcha? Easily 11/10. If you're looking for a great place to start your day, I can't recommend it enough!

Before Coffee delivers a clean, intentional cafe experience. I had the iced matcha tea and it was refreshing, smooth, and well balanced. Service was warm and efficient, and the space felt calm and thoughtfully designed. A solid stop for quality drinks and a quick reset.

I was super excited to try this matcha as it has great reviews, but overall it was really disappointing. I got the strawberry matcha latte, and immediately knew it wouldn’t be good because the color was way off. It just tasted like I was drinking strawberry milk and there were chunks of undissolved matcha floating around. If you really like good matcha I would not recommend getting the matcha here.

This place.. Their Egg Tart……… totally a crime. Get it. Some seats for ppl to stay a little bit with great pastries and drinks. Reasonable prices which I do appreciate. 💛✨🌟Egg tart was soooo moist! Soft filling that collapsed with flaky layers outside. (If u r Taiwanese, think about a LFC egg tart but bigger and butter.) 💚Match latte was pretty a classic but creamy.
